CLINIC POLICIES

At Contour Privé Aesthetics, patient safety, transparency and professional standards are central to our care. Please read the following policies carefully before booking an appointment.

Consultations & Suitability
All treatments begin with a consultation.
Certain treatments, including injectable and medical procedures, require assessment by a qualified medical prescriber. Treatment suitability is determined based on medical history, clinical need and individual circumstances.
A consultation does not guarantee treatment. Contour Privé Aesthetics reserves the right to decline treatment where it is not clinically appropriate or in the interest of patient safety.

Prescription-Only Treatments
Some treatments involve Prescription-Only Medicines (POMs) and are regulated under UK law.
These treatments require a medical consultation prior to treatment and are prescribed only when clinically appropriate. Pricing and treatment plans are confirmed after medical assessment.
 
 
Treatment Outcomes & Expectations
Results vary between individuals depending on skin condition, lifestyle, medical history and adherence to aftercare.
Specific results cannot be guaranteed. Multiple sessions or maintenance treatments may be recommended.


Bookings, Deposits & Payments
Appointments are reserved specifically for each client.
A deposit may be required to secure an appointment. Deposits are non-refundable unless otherwise stated. Full payment details are provided at the time of booking or consultation.

Cancellation & Rescheduling
A minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling.
Cancellations with less than 48 hours’ notice may result in loss of deposit. Failure to attend without notice may be charged in full. Deposits may be transferred at the clinic’s discretion.
 
 
Refund Policy
Due to the nature of aesthetic and medical treatments, completed treatments are non-refundable.
Refunds are not provided based on dissatisfaction alone. Any concerns should be raised promptly.

Late Arrivals
Please arrive on time for your appointment.
Late arrival may shorten treatment time or require rescheduling. Appointments delayed by more than 10–15 minutes may result in loss of deposit.

Aftercare & Client Responsibility
Aftercare instructions are provided following treatment and must be followed carefully.
Contour Privé Aesthetics cannot be held responsible for complications arising from failure to follow aftercare advice, undisclosed medical conditions or treatments carried out elsewhere.
 
 
Privacy & Confidentiality
All personal and medical information is handled confidentially and in accordance with UK GDPR regulations.
 
 
Right to Refuse Treatment
Contour Privé Aesthetics reserves the right to refuse treatment if it is not clinically appropriate, poses a risk to health or safety, or where expectations are unrealistic.
